You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).

FinderAds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform guidelines or engage in suspicious activity.

3. Rules for Posting Advertisements

When creating or posting listings on FinderAds, you agree that you will NOT:

Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listing descriptions or prices.
Advertise illegal goods, stolen items, counterfeit items, or regulated substances.
Post duplicate listings or flood categories with repetitive content.
Upload content, text, or imagery that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
Include offensive, defamatory, racist, or adult-oriented material.

4. Content Moderation & Ad Approval

All posted advertisements undergo moderation. FinderAds reserves the right to edit, reclassify, refuse, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if the content violates site policy or local regulations.

5. Transactions & Trading Safety Disclaimer

Important Notice: FinderAds operates strictly as a venue for buyers and sellers to connect. FinderAds is not involved in transactions, payments, deliveries, guarantees, or safety escrows between users.

Buyers and sellers trade at their own risk.
Always inspect items in person and meet in safe, public places.
Never transfer money online before physically inspecting goods or verifying services.

6. Featured & Premium Boosts

Paid promotions (such as Featured Ad boosts) increase visibility but do not guarantee sales or buyer enquiries. Payments for premium boosts are non-refundable once the promotion period begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, FinderAds, its owners, and operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, unfulfilled transactions, fraudulent user activity, or system downtime.

8. Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)

We respect your personal information. Any data collected (such as email addresses, phone numbers, and location details) is used solely to facilitate platform services and direct buyer-seller communications. We do not sell user data to third parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

FinderAds reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
